Setting the Standard Fresh, clean flavor starts with fresh, clean milk. Right in our backyard, we have the highest concentration of dairy goat farming in the nation. All our milk is sourced from patron farms located just a few miles from the creamery. This short transport means fresher milk, allowing us to craft the highest-quality, fresh-tasting goat cheese. In 2019, LaClare's goat milk was awarded first place in the 2% Fluid Milk (cow or goat milk) division at the Wisconsin State Fair Dairy Products Contest. That’s the best milk in America’s Dairyland.
