ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Coordination of recruitment process which includes:
a. Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract talent for hourly positions.
b. Posting jobs in Ultipro.
c. Working with supervisors to understand position requirements and ensure open positions are filled in a
timely manner.
d. Answer associate/candidate questions about applying for open positions.
e. Screen Internal and external candidates against the minimum qualifications.
f. Schedule and participate in interviews with candidates.
g. Schedule all pre-employment testing.
h. Coordinate offers and orientation of new hourly associates and salaried associates as requested.
i. Schedule and conduct orientation with new hires (schedule participants, conference rooms, etc).
2. Guides frontline supervisors in the interpretation and application of human resources policies.
3. Responds to and investigates associate complaints or policy violations; coach and counsel managers and
associates on results and action to be taken.
4. Data entry of approved hourly pay changes, transfers, new hires and HPOT phase certifications in Ultipro.
5. Monitor, track and record new hire reviews.
6. Provide policy, benefit, payroll and job posting information to hourly associates as needed or requested.
7. Provide input related to the creation and update of site HR policies and procedures.
8. Coordinate various associate involvement events, i.e Employee Activity Committee.
9. Assist in organizing associate events (i.e. holiday party, etc).
10. Demonstrate commitment to Rockline's RRITE values of Renew, Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, and Excellence.
11. Associates have a direct and important role in ensuring that all work is performed in a safe manner. Effectiveness
in carrying out this responsibility is part of each associate's essential accountabilities.
12. Contribute to a cooperative working effort by demonstrating a willingness to perform other job -related work, as
needed or requested.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Associates Degree and 3 years of administrative support experience or equivalent combination of educ/experience.
Experience in Human Resources and working with HR related information systems strongly preferred.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel.
Must be a self starter with a demonstrated ability to work independently and be able to manage multiple projects
and tasks concurrently and prioritize appropriately.
Effective written and verbal communication skills with internal associates and designated customer contacts
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
* Must be able to communicate face-to-face and over the phone
* Occasional lifting up to 10 lbs.
* Frequent sitting. Occasional standing, bending, twisting, walking.
* Ability to talk and listen.
* Requires good visual acuity with color vision.

Qualifications

Education
Associates of Human Resource Administration (required)

Experience
3 years: 3 years of administrative support experience or equivalent combination of educ/experience. Experience in Human Resources and working with HR related information systems strongly preferred. (required)
