Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Manager will be a dynamic and seasoned leader that will help bolster our expanding team at Regal Rexnord amidst a period of business growth and team expansion. This pivotal role is aimed at implementing scalable recruiting strategies and practices to support our ambitious growth objectives by creating and managing a world class, global recruiting team. The successful candidate will provide expertise and guidance as we evolve our recruitment operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in attracting top talent as we scale to meet our growing business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Organizational Collaboration:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies within segment and subsegment functions that align with the organization's business objectives.

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from initial sourcing to final candidate selection.

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and partnering with TA operations leader to find solutions

  • Facilitate seamless communication within the team, HR Partners, and Hiring managers, within the Workday Recruit platform when possible.

  • Execute succession planning initiatives, ensuring the tracking and development of internal talent.

Team Leadership:

  • Develop strategies to ensure recruiters maintain a strong network of potential candidates for current and future opportunities.

  • Implement training programs to enhance recruiters' skills, including proficiency in utilizing the Workday Recruit, LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing tools, and any other technology used for the recruitment process.

  • Ensure team is utilizing various sourcing tools to build candidate pipelines and source talent for open roles. Drive utilization of job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to source qualified candidates.

  • Ensure compliance with OFCCP regulations throughout the recruitment process, including maintaining accurate records.

  • Identify individual strengths and areas for growth within the recruitment team.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the Workday Recruit, ensuring the team is well-versed in its functionalities.

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the recruitment team using Workday analytics.

  • Ensure TA Partners are following TA process guidelines and lead training strategy to upskill team

  • Set clear expectations and performance goals, regularly assessing and providing constructive feedback.

  • Work with recruiters to align their use of the Workday Recruit with the overall talent acquisition strategy and organizational objectives.

Candidate Experience:

  • Identify and implement innovative and effective recruiting methods to attract top-tier candidates.

  • Implement practices, training, and education to support diversity and inclusion initiatives.

  • Implement strategies to enhance the overall candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Ensure timely and personalized communication with candidates, utilizing the Workday ATS for efficient messaging.

Reporting/Metrics/ATS System:

  • Implement best practices for optimizing recruitment workflows within the Workday system.

  • Collaborate with TA Operations to implement system updates and enhancements as needed.

  • Collaborate with TA Operations team to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the Workday system.

  • Leverage Workday Recruit tools to track and analyze diversity metrics in the recruitment process.

  • Leverage Workday reporting to track and analyze recruitment metrics.

  • Integrate succession planning data within the Workday system for easy accessibility and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.

  • 3 or more years of experience leading a talent acquisition team

  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics to ensure data-driven decision making.

  • Experience in a fast-paced corporate recruiting environment, leading continuous improvement and/or sourcing initiatives.

  • Strong knowledge of current recruiting trends, technologies, and best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and communicate with stakeholders at all levels within the organization.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Experience working with OFCCP compliance and regulations is strongly preferred.
