Job Description

About the Role:


This position will require experience with Excel, running daily reports, daily email communication to Management team and CSR.


As a Hand Processor III, you will play a vital role in the efficient processing and handling of client materials, demonstrating advanced skills in sorting, insertion, and preparation for delivery or mailing. This position requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to perform complex tasks independently while adhering to established procedures and quality standards.


Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform advanced hand sorting of materials and insert them into appropriate bins for delivery or envelopes for mailing, ensuring precise matching and organization.
  • Organize and sort documents based on specific criteria, such as names, numbers, or other identifiers, to facilitate accurate processing and retrieval.
  • Handle complex insertion tasks for materials that require specialized handling or non-standard packaging, following detailed instructions and guidelines.
  • Utilize advanced hand addressing techniques to ensure accurate and legible recipient information on materials as required.
  • Customize orders according to specific requirements, assembling materials per order specifications and preparing them for shipment with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Maintain accurate records of processed materials and input work data into appropriate systems in a timely and accurate manner to track job progress and completion.
  • Conduct quality checks on processed materials to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues promptly.
  • Demonstrate leadership in maintaining high levels of safety awareness, proactively identifying potential hazards, and taking appropriate measures to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Adhere to security and privacy policies, standards, and guidelines to protect the confidentiality and integrity of company and client information.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Advanced proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Demonstrated experience and proficiency in hand processing or similar roles, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in performing complex tasks and handling sensitive materials.
  • Proficiency in using relevant tools and equipment for hand processing tasks.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with team members and supervisors.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
