The Production Manger oversees a production department and reports to the Senior Operations Manager at Magnolia. Job responsibilities for the Production Manager include and are not limited to scheduling and supervision of hourly production associates. The Production Department is responsible for performing manufacturing activities from receiving of raw materials, manufacturing of products, quality control, and shipping of finished goods. Performance responsibilities include safety, environmental, morale, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and training. Background in continuous dyeing or shade is preferred.

Qualifications Required:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, SAP, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to develop and mentor team members

Qualifications Preferred:

  • 4 years Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2 years of manufacturing or related experience
  • Completion of Milliken Aspire to Management Program
  • Computer skills (including Microsoft Office Programs)
  • Knowledge of Lean Systems
